Petroleum Licensing

It is the statutory responsibility for Local or Fire Authorities to satisfy themselves that the storage of petrol is maintained in a safe manner and that such storage is licensed if more than 14 litres (3 gallons) is kept. In Milton Keynes, the Building Control department currently undertakes these responsibilities. See further information about petroleum licensing.
