Client Services assists the MKC Insurance Department with administration following the Buyback process in March/April each year for both Material Damage & Liability Insurance and School Journey Cover ie. Sending out the initial summary/profiles to each school along with a letter, reply slip and claim forms followed by a certificate of insurance.
However, please note any claims should be sent to the Insurance and Risk Management section as per the instructions on the claim form, NOT to Client Services.
