Crownhill Crematorium and Cemetery

From an office based at Crownhill Crematorium we administer cremation services at Crownhill Crematorium and deal with burials in the ten council cemeteries. We offer impartial help and guidance to all those requiring support and advice on all aspects of bereavement, and can advise on memorialisation both at the crematorium grounds and within the Council's nine cemeteries. Memorial Safety

Making our cemeteries safe

Crematorium - cemeteries, monuments, gravesMilton Keynes Council will be checking all memorials erected in Council Cemeteries to ensure that they don't pose a risk to visitors. There are some 17,000 graves to inspect.

Deaths Reported To The Coroner

Why Does A Coroner Get Involved?

When a death takes place which may not be due to natural causes, it must be reported to the Coroner.
If the deceased had not seen a doctor 14 days before death, or had not been seen by a doctor at all before or after death, the Coroner must be informed.
