In April 2009 the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) became the new regulator for affordable housing in England. As from 1 April 2010 they will also become the regulator for all council housing.

The TSA has been holding a final consultation on this new regulatory framework and national standards and asked for responses from landlords and tenants. On 19 January the Council held an event for Tenants to come along and give us their views on proposed National Standards and the Framework. Twenty people came along and gave us their comments, along with a response from the Council this has now been sent to the TSA. To view the document visit our TSA page.
