As part of looking at the future of Serpentine Court six residents and two children recently went on a trip to the Oakridge area of Basingstoke, to see how another community had tackled regenerating a similarly designed estate to The Lakes Estate and especially what had been a run down block of flats.
Milton Keynes Council Housing Service was awarded a government grant in 2007 to help prevent Homelessness in the Somali Community.
