Changes to Central Milton Keynes parking
The Blue Badge scheme is a European scheme of parking concessions for people with severe walking difficulties who travel either as drivers or passengers. 
If you park in breach of local parking restrictions (displayed on signs and/or lines), you may receive a parking fine, known as a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). If you pay within 14 calendar days a 50% discount is applied.
