Local Strategic Partnership

The Local Strategic Partnership is a high level partnership bringing together a wide range of public, private, voluntary and community interests.
Its aim is to promote the sustainable, social, economic and environmental well being of the people of Milton Keynes.
Meetings of the Local Strategic partnership are held on a quarterly basis and are open to the public.

• Following a process of consultation and discussion through the Local Strategic Partnership six high level outcomes have been derived from the Milton Keynes Story of Place.
  
  The six high level outcomes are:
  
  Health & Wellbeing
  Community Belonging
  Economic Prosperity
  Community Safety
  Children & Young People
  Transportation
  
  The high level outcomes form the basis for action planning in the Sustainable Community Strategy and a framework for the LAA indicators.

The final LAA was submitted to government on 6th June.

The task group takes a non-technical approach to discussing and scrutinising some of the most exciting developments happening in Milton Keynes.
