You can report the need for a repair in several different ways

Once we have logged your request, we will pass the details you have given us to one of our contractors to do the work. We have timescales for repairs to completed by depending on the type of repair

The Repairs & Maintenance team continuously use feedback to improve the service to our customers. If you have just had a repair or improvement work carried out please complete the following survey on-line or return the card provided to you by our contractor by post.

Electric Central Heating and Solid Fuel Central Heating

We carry out planned improvement programmes to properties, to improve the standard of Council Housing in Milton Keynes

You have the right to carry out improvements to your Council property, such as fitting a new bathroom suite, replacing kitchen units or building a new fireplace.

However, you must first ask for permission and you must carry out any work to the guidelines that we give you.
