We have spent the last few months working with a group of Residents to update how you can be involved in your housing service.

Read the Draft Resident Involvement Agreement, which will be our new Compact, for more information on how you can get involved.

We welcome your feedback, comments and suggestions on this document please e-mail us at get.involved@milton-keynes.gov.uk. Comments before 8th August please. If you like what you have read please take part in our poll on the right.

MKC Tenants Group

Find out what other tenants are saying about their housing service
The Council Tenants Group (CTG) meets every three months and is open for all tenants to come and talk about issues which effect them.

The next meeting of the group is on 29th October, starting at 7.30pm at Acorn House in Central Milton Keynes. If you would like to come please book a place by calling Sam on 679250.

The theme of the evening will be Rents and anti-social behaviour

The forum for all who are interested in housing in Milton Keynes

We are holding the third meeting of the MKC Housing Services Forum on Thursday 4th September at Acorn House, Midsummer Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes.

This meeting is open to all residents and people with an interest in housing.

We know its been a whole year since Summer 2007 but you might be interested in what the results of our review as it has influenced a great deal of our work since then! For the review we carried out 4 surveys, one for all tenants, one for our Tenants Voice members, one for disabled tenants and one for our younger tenants (aged 25 and under).

Get Involved in Repairs and Maintenance

Are you interested in the repairs service? Can your ideas and experience help us improve the service for tenants? We have set up a Building Services Tenants Group which gets closely involved in all aspects of repairs and maintence, from day to day work to gas heating and the 'decent homes' programme.
